TUMBLING CLASSES

Come join Evolution Cheer for group classes where our renowned coaches and certified instructors teach floor tumbling. We have many classes for all different ages and skill levels. Our classes are designed to teach ages 1.5 years old through 18 years old, and we are confident that we have a class to fit your needs!

We strive to teach excellence and discipline in a fun and rewarding learning environment designed to bring the best out of all our athletes!

PRE-K TUMBLING

Pre-K Tumbling offers an engaging introduction to recreational tumbling for young athletes. Participants will explore basic floor tumbling skills, including cartwheels, forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, and standing bridges. This program provides a fun and supportive environment where children can develop coordination, strength, and confidence in their tumbling abilities.

BEGINNER TUMBLING

Beginner Tumbling introduces participants to the fundamentals of recreational floor tumbling. Athletes will develop foundational skills such as cartwheels, forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, and standing bridges in a supportive learning environment.

BACK WALKOVER / FRONT WALKOVER

Back Walkover / Front Walkover is designed for experienced recreational tumblers proficient in the Bridge Kickover. Participants will focus on advancing skills including the Back Walkover, Front Walkover, and drills to develop Back Handsprings, fostering confidence and agility in a structured learning setting.

ALL LEVELS TUMBLING

This new class is open to all levels of tumbling. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels. We will organize the class based on skill levels.

TUCKS & LAYOUTS

Tucks & Layouts is designed for recreational tumblers who have mastered advanced foundational skills. Participants must demonstrate proficiency in executing Standing Two Back Handsprings to Tuck and a Standing Tuck independently. The program focuses on refining techniques for layouts, whips, and standing tucks, fostering skill enhancement and confidence in a structured and supportive environment.

BACK HANDSPRING CLASS

Intro to Back Handsprings into Advance back Handsprings.  Participants must have mastered prerequisites such as back walkover and front walkover to begin working the skills for standing back handsprings connecting them to round offs.
This program focuses on the steps and techniques of back handsprings and building on the progression towards multiple back handsprings before moving onto tucks.
